OUR CAREGIVERS PROVIDE ALL LEVELS OF CARE INDIVIDUALIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH EACH CLIENT’S CARE PLAN.
V-Care Homemakers Services makes it possible for older individuals or clients with disabilities to live in their own homes or to return to their homes by providing assistance in completing tasks they are unable to manage without assistance. A homemaker is assigned to provide basic household assistance, including:
- Assistance with personal hygiene
- Assistance with light house cleaning
- Vacuuming
- Dusting
- Meal preparation
- Grocery shopping
- Laundry
- Errands
- Hours of Service
An individual qualifying for services will receive services as approved in the individual care plan. These services are to be provided during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Eligibility for PCA Services
To be eligible to receive PCA Services you must:
- Live in Minnesota
- Be eligible to receive Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care
- Require PCA Services to live independently at home
- Be able to make decisions about your own care or have someone who can make decisions for you.
